Draught @ CBC. Pours hazy yellow with a small offwhite head. Aroma of sourness, lightly yeast, wood, fruit, apricot. Flavor is light sour, yeast, wood, hay, rich fruity, peach, apricot. Medium body, average carbonation, light acidic finish. 130516

[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Green session. Cloudy orange. Big apricot aroma. Tart flavor with funk, oak, juicy apricot. Medium-bodied.

On tap at CBC 2016 - day 2. Hazy orange with a thin white head. Farmhouse funk, peaches, apricots, lemons and a nice amount of fruit sourness.

CBC ’16. Very hazy orange with a ring bubbly white head. Aroma of soft tart apricot, light funk, fantome saison coming out softly, light peppery and yeasty notes. Flavour is above light sweet and light sour. Light medium bodied with very soft carbonation.
