A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma,a superb floral wild yeast, with dandelion, chinotto, white grapes, Brett like notes, beautiful. In mouth, a complex sour beer with lemon infused wild Italian herbs, epsom salts, complex and pondering. Bottle shared with GRM and ProbstK, August 5 2011. Thanks Karl.

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a frothy, white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of lemon, grain, peach, spice, basement. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter and lightly acidic. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, moderately bitter and moderately acidic. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Dry. Tart approaching sour. Soapy taste along with lemon and straw. Disjointed and overly acidic.

Sampled from a 750 ml brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy yellow-golden color with lots of chunks and a huge foamy yellow-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was tart lemon, pepper and bread. The flavor was dry and tart with notes of vinegar, citrus and Sweettart candies. There was an undertone that was lightly herbal and medicinal though this faded some as it warmed up. The finish was long, tart, dry and citric. Medium body. Ok.

Bottle shared by Adam, thanks! Poured a near clear orange with a golden hue and a white head that started and remained at the edges. Aroma had notes of sweet grains, spice, floral, honey and a bit of citrus. Flavor began with sweet grain and honey which were joined by spice and light floral notes.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of RCL. Pours an opaque golden with a dense and creamy white head leaving laces. The aroma is sweet spicy and fruity with a whiff of yeast. Medium body, sweet fruit and yeast with a lightly tart edge. Ends fairly dry. 141210

Aroma: The nose has some lemon zest, wheat, a touch of spice, Belgian malts, and yeast
Appearance: It pours a hazy golden-orange color with a thick, frothy white head atop it
Flavor: The taste is a sweet and malty, a touch of spice, and a mildly sour finish
Palate: The body is medium, and it has a decent drinkability for something of this heft
Overall Impression: This is a pretty tasty beer. I actually didn't realize that this beer had brett in it before I started to drink it, and you won't really notice it much in the nose, but you can definitely taste it. It isn't as strong in this one as it is in some other wild yeast beers, but it is definitely there. Anyway, I thought this one was pretty good overall, and I'm glad I got to try it.
