750ml bottle pours an opaque orange with a frothy, white head. Looks like unfiltered pineapple juice. Nose is grainy, hay, grass, spices, white pepper, herbs. Flavor is sweet, candy sugar, tropical fruit, grains, spice, lime. Super heavy carbonation makes it hard to drink.

750 ml bottle. Murky bright yellow. Aroma of dough and baking bread. Taste is slightly sour with nice malts and good balance. Good stuff.

Bottle from a trade. Can’t remember who, possibly Secret Santa. Batch E!012. Pours clear dark golden color with big white head. Doughy Belgian yeast aroma with some lemon and wheat. Slightly tart lemon and grapefruit flavors, dough, spices and wheat flavors. Medium body with lively carbonation. A slightly dry finish. Thanks to whoever sent me this. A nice brew.

750 from notalush. Batch E!008. Thanks for this one Brandon. Pours hazy orange gold with a foamy 4 finger off-white head - maybe white. Aroma is sort of warm fruity barnyard. Medium plus body with decent carbonation. Flavor is fruit and some spice and grass. It seemed sweet, but it goes fairly dry. Back and forth. Back and forth. Pretty clean. Gets dryer and dryer. A bit of citrus pops. Then it finishes definitely dry. Even a bit astringent. Excellent beer.

Ith WG S7L4F3T6O11 Almost missed this one, it was not on the updated menu at Bocktown; nice place. Smells good like ginger ale! Looks like a typical cloudy whit bier, very attractive. Creamy head fades rapidly, little bursts of spitting popping head bubbles. First taste, tho kind and gentle, does have an alky notion. Volatile aftertaste follows but it is neither to the point, nor overwhelming. Goes down way too easy to boot. Reminds me a bit of a mild easygoing whiskey spiked ginger ale. Good enjoyable carbonation. Mild to medium odious bitter linger. Best belgie strong ale I’ve had, heheheh! Be careful, this gives no indication that it is 8%! Very enjoyable experience.

Pours gold into a Tumbler. Bright white micro head with excellent retention. Saaz aromas. Crisp and full with biscuit and a lasting hop finish.

Batch E!005 - Hazy golden pour, with a light soapy lace - aroma of pale wheat malt, honey, strong wildflower character, a belgian fruitiness, very young brett, and a spicy saaz bite at the end - a little too sweet in the nose - the flavor is more subtle than the aroma leads you to believe - a little bit of sweetness up front is cut off by a light wheat tartness and very light young brett - some european hop character, mild pils malt, spicy hops and herbs, and a peppery character all lend the beer a biere de garde/saison kind of character - a bit of warming alcohol in the finish kind of takes away from the subtleties of the beer, but otherwise this is pretty solid - once the brett develops more this has the potential to be quite ommegeddon-like.
