CBC: Very deep red with small pink head. Aroma is malt, cherry, sour and almond stones. Flavour is malt, cherries, sour, lemon, tart, cherry stones, medium sweet and a little acid.

Draught @ CBC. Pours deep red with a small pink head. Aroma of light sourness, barnyard, rich cherry, little cinnamon. Flavor is light sweet, light sour, wood, barn, fruity, cherry. Medium body, average carbonation, light acidic finish. 130516

CBC. Hazy deep red with a pink head. Aroma is sweet, malty, cherries and barnyard. Flavor is medium sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 130516

[5/13/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Blue session. Lovely deep red color. Aroma of lots of juicy cherries, funk, some oak. Sweetish and sour cherry flavor, funky, oaky. Rounded mouthfeel. Great stuff.

Tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration, 2016. Pours Hazy pinkish with a white head. Cherries, funk, barnyard and Wood. Very dry finish. Good cherries and quite clean this one.

On tap at CBC 2016. Dark ruby with no head. Sour, acetic, dark fruit and cherries. Not bad.

Sample at CBC 2016. (rating 7000) Hazy reddish with no head. Nice tart aroma of cherries, some funk and oak. Similar taste, also some almonds. Vinous and elegant. A very nice one.

CBC2016. Trübes dunkel rötlich pinkes Bier mit geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach reifen roten Früchten, holzig. Geschmack nach roten Beeren, Trauben, leicht holzig, säuerlich.

Tap at CBC ’16. Hazy purple with no head. Huge fruity tart cherry aroma with a light funk behind. Flavour is moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
