From bottle @ De Prael. Golden color. Grapes and oak in the aroma. Sour flavor with grapes, some rest sweetness, honey and lemon. Hint of oak. Good, maybe needs a bit more complexity.

(Bottle sample @ MBCC 2017 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours hazy orange-gold with a white head. Notes of sweet-tart white grapes, fruity/touch juicy with the character you'd expect from Riesling/Muscat, touch of green apple, moderate citrus acidity, solid blanket of barnyard, moderate wood, musty basement, bare touch acetic, yeasty spice and light sulphur, grape skin/vinous finish, soft tannin, pretty dry but tart. Medium bodied, soft tingling carb. Properly lovely, I think the best white grape Bokkereyder in terms of being in a typical lambic rather than wine-dominated style.

Bottle @ Koelschip. 2014 vintage (unblended). Hazy pale red pour with no head. Beautiful fruity leathery rubbery funk nose. Fresh, sour, fruity & funky taste. Soft, fairly flat & tiny oily mouthfeel. Extremely drinkable & extremely delicious.

From bottle at Mikkeller and Friends / Koelschip, Copenhagen. Hazy orange color with white head. Yeasty aroma, funky, barnyard, tart fruity, stone fruits, citrusy, wood. Sweet and acidic taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at Koelschip. Hazy orange, no head. Lambic funk, white grapes, mineral, green apple, lightly mouldy, sulphur, dry. Great stuff, really nice funk, constant throughout.

Bottle - Earthy peat and some petroleum with funk. Clear gold with no head. Petroleum and some white grape notes. Complex and nice.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is tannins, herbal and winegrapes. Thick fruity, wineous. Sour, fruity, wineous and acidic. Lingering fruity and dry sours into the finish.

Bottle 750ml. @ CBC 2016 [ Blue Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016, Oksnehallen Vesterbro, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Bokkereyder Druiven 2014 ].Unclear medium orange - amber yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart, barnyard, leather, sulfur, funky - brett. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, grapes, tart, dry, barnyard, funky - brett. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160513]

Flaska på CBC-2016. Smak och doft av äpplen, vinäger, citrus, jäst, funk, hö, gräs, grapefrukt och ladugård. Mjuk och rund, fatkaraktär, fin syrlighet, torr, fina smaker och något pepprig. Mycket gott!
