his Northwest style IPA is generously hopped to 60 IBU’s with Centennial hops from the Yakima Valley. Brewed in the classic style with two-row Pale and Crystal malt, our IPA is a real thirst quencher. It has a full, malty body and there’s even a hint of fresh citrus to it. Perfect after your favorite water sport. Even if that happens to be the grueling drag-the-poolside-lounge-chair-into-the-sun event.

355ml bottle. Pours a slightly golden orange with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of grapefruit, peach, tropical fruit, caramel malt and grass. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, grapefruit, peach and grass with a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Ok.

Pours an amber from a bottle. Typical IPA, somewhat citrus piney hop aroma and flavor, little pale malt addition. Okay beer.

Bottle: Poured a golden with white head. Aroma is a soft hoppy with hints of floral. Taste is sharp hops that make it pretty one dimensional with light metal finish.

Dark golden in the glass, fresh hopped nose. The beer starts malty, nicely hopped with hints of citrus. The body is not too sweet and slightly malty. To the end there is a subtly bitterness that refreshes a bit, smooth citrus and kind of floral aroma.
Nice IPA, very crisp, but a bit too subtle and too less-floral, but I like the citrus-note of the hops. --> 12/11/12/12

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance has a golden yellow colored body with a one finger white foamy head that quickly dies to a film and barely leaves any lacing. Streams of carbonation are seen rising.
The smell is lightly hopped up front, still a nice dosage of caramel malts appear.
The taste is mainly sweet, becomes slightly bitter, and has a sticky sweet aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, she sits about a light to medium, comes across fairly sessionable, and has an adequately carbonated for the style and for me.
Overall, this seems to be a bit sweeter than most AIPAs, could be borderline EIPA b/c of strong malty presence I say this is good for the style and good for me, I would have it again.
