his Northwest style IPA is generously hopped to 60 IBU’s with Centennial hops from the Yakima Valley. Brewed in the classic style with two-row Pale and Crystal malt, our IPA is a real thirst quencher. It has a full, malty body and there’s even a hint of fresh citrus to it. Perfect after your favorite water sport. Even if that happens to be the grueling drag-the-poolside-lounge-chair-into-the-sun event.

Draught at the Pilsner Room in Portland. Blond with lace. Grapefruit nose, light malt. Clean. Tangy grapefruit hop flavor, very bitter and peppery. Light crackery malts and light sweetness is almost wiped out by the hugely bitter character. Creamy body. A bit simple but decent.

Bottle. Pours an orangish gold with aromas of orange and white pepper with a little honey. Flavor tracks nicely... Definitely not an American hop blast IPA, but nice enough.

Pours a clear, golden yellow with very little head. Mild hop aroma. Flavor is grassy with some hop bite, some malt sweetness. This one is just a bit too mild-mannered.

Bottle from Smiley’s Beverage, Dover, NH. Soapy head with light retention. Aroma was pine, citrus and spruce. Flavor much the same. Medium body. Oily finish. Average IPA. Not bad at all but.... Forgettable.

Bottle in NYC. Pours clear, bubbly gold with a thick, cream head. Bit of dirty and earthy hops in the aroma, subtle toast. Medium sweet flavor, fairly well balanced, some caramel, earth, mild citrus. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Short bitter finish, some toasted sugar and malts. Basic and pretty easy.

Draft. Golden body with a whhite, frothy head, mostly diminishing. The aroma displays notes of toasted grain, grapefruit, resin and strong floral notes. The flavor is moderately sweet and moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet, moderately to heavily bitter and lightly acidic. Medium body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Basic IPA and not much more.
