Bomber (fresh from Great Lakes today). Pours a light orange with a dense head and aromas of citrus (oranges and lemons), grass and a little honey. Flavor is very good... there is enough hops and alcohol to balance against the sweet malt and keep this from heading toward cloying. That said, it does have considerable honey sweetness, a creamy flavor and texture and a nice alcohol bite to it. Finishes with alcoholic warmth and citrusy hops. Very pleasant. (Oh... and props for the new label... it is really cool.)

660 ml bottle. Hazy orange body with a big, creamy off-white head. Aroma is mainly hops, but not very intense. Flavor is sweet malt, balanced bitter, some pine. This IPA is quite sweet and not very bitter, still quite balanced and kind. Medium body and a long (mild) bitter finish. I like it.

Bottle, 22oz. It pours a slightly unclear golden body with an off-white head diminishing rather quickly. Hop-driven aroma leaving room for the sugary malts. Pine and resin. Sure nice, but a bit gentle maybe. Very sugary flavor, sure on the malty side, with pine and resin. Full body. Long finish with sugary malts, resin and pine. Delicious, but not in the west coast way. Bomber sent south by crizay, thanks Chris. Shared with fordest, padrefan98 and toncatcher. Pours a hazy orange with off white head. The taste comes off pretty sweet and chewy with malts that give way to mild grapefruit hop bitterness and then sweet late addition to the boil grapefruit hop flavor. Not a big hop bomb for sure as most IIPAs. But nice and tasty.

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with a lazing white head. The aroma is sweet spicy combined with light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of citrus and straw, leading to a dry bitter finish. Iβm not overly impressed.

Bottle courtesy of SS: Poured a deep copper color ale with a big foamy head with excellent retention and some good lacing. Aroma of yellow grapefruit, floral and bitter hops is quite sublime and well balance for a style that does produce quite a lot of unbalanced beers. Taste is dominated by the yellow grapefruit characteristics of the hops with some floral malt notes and a bitter finish. Body is quite full with some great carbonation and no alcohol could be detected. Very well done for the style and something I wish I could have access to more often.

(Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of Storm/sliffy. Cloudy, amber golden with an off-white head. Fat aroma of citrus and oily hops. Quite full-bodied with sweetish caramel, spicy with a very hoppy finish. OK if not exactly outstanding. 310807

Cloudy orange-amber color. Good hopping, powerful and resiny, a bit fuity (bitter oranges); but the sweetness and malt flavor are not enough for me; there is also a light vegetables touch. Good.
