A special, double malt, triple fermentation beer
The yeasts selected when the fermentation is at its peak give it an exotic fruit fragrance and a winy taste of moscato and traminer.
Exacting because of its aromatic complexity and its high alcoholic content it stand out with its olfactory originality.

Bottle at the brewery, favorite beer of Fabio, a friendly regular. Cloudy yellow color, thick white head, great lacing. Aroma of white pepper, anise and sour grapefruit. Taste is malt, orange peel, coriander. Sweet beginning and dry, bitter finish. Good complexity and character.

Bottle: Poured a murky copper that cleared up a bit as it warmed, head was pillow off white. Aroma has a fruit, spice, and malt mix. Taste was fermented fruit with a touch of cloves, finish was more on that sweet malt side.
