Light colour with fragrances of strawberries and yeast. A delicate flavour of strawberries gives way to the final aroma of the hops.

A light, double malt top fermentation beer, flavoured with fresh, locally picked strawberries. Suitable to drink with fresh cheeses, fish and delicate starters. Excellent as an aperitif.

75 cl bottle from the brewery. Pours cloudy golden, edge head, scant lacing. Aroma of malt and strawberries. Taste has subtle fruit, but is mostly malt. The more of these I drink, the more I’m convinced that lager is not a good base for fruit beer.
