Marals has a delicate aroma of cherries and yeast and is a reddish-yellow colour. The first taste gives a zest of fruity flavours which then settle to a pleasant subtle bitterness.
A high fermentation double malt pale beer obtained from the “Pilsener” malt and flavoured with Italian cherries. Marals is a beer for contemplation; it is delightful as an aperitif and excellent with desserts and after dinner.

Sample at the brewery. Yellow color, small white head, good lacing. Aroma of malt, white pepper, very subtle fruit. Tastes like a lager, with just a hint of cherries in the background. Not sweet, but a little strange.

Bottle: Poured a yellow cloudy to light orange. The aroma is berries and fruit. Taste is malts, berries, and light cherry notes. Not an overpowering fruit beer.
