Bottled, 0.33l. Clear golden amber color, lively bubbles and small frothy, quickly diminishing head. Aroma of caramel malt, vanilla, chestnut with light alcoholic note. Taste starts sweet and rich malty, followed sour grainy with dry fruits and chestnut notes. Aftertaste is medium hoppy. Medium to full body, oily texture and lively natural carbonation in palate. Nice Italian craft beer...

Bottle thanks to Travlr: Poured a murky orange with an off white head. Aroma was light and malty, slight nut. Taste was nice nut and malt.

75 cl bottle at the brewery. Clear golden color, medium white head, great lacing. Aroma of mud and malt. Taste is malty, smooth, with hints of nuts and milk. Slight sour finish. Interesting.

Bottle at IBF 2009, Milan
Chestnut beer
Hazy golden color. Simple Strong Ale, a bit more perfumy than Candeot, less flawed, no traces of chestnuts. Correct bitterness.
