Production ceased in 2001. The name was used by O'Hanlon's brewery since 2004 for a slightly stronger beer with a similar recipe.

The heart of this beer is a subtle mix of pale & lightly crystallised malts, whose mouth-filling complexity acts as a base for the Northdown, Challenger & Goldings hops, which add higher notes of aroma & bitterness.

I sampled this beer at 3 years past its labelled expiration date. Maybe someday I'll try a fresh example. It didn't age particularly well but was drinkable nonetheless. There was plenty of soft fruity overtones in the flavor, and some hints at a hop presence, but they couldn't cut through the fruitiness. I think its age caused this imbalance. This *could* be a pretty good beer.
