Tap at CCB Cask for a Cause, courtesy of sebletitje, thank you sir. Clear copper color, off white head, medium lacing. Aroma of licorice. Taste is anisette, bitter orange peel. Lots of character.

Tap @ CCB, not the cask version.. pours amber, off-white head. Nice boozy nose and mouthfeel, though it remains not overpowering. Lots of oak goodness mixed with the bourbon, touch of vanilla, fruity with pear/apple and other fruits, mild caramel malts palate.

On cask at the Whole Foods / CCB Cask Event. It pours murky copper with tan head. The aroma is sweet full bourbon, sweet vanilla and oak totally cover up whatever red ale base beer was poured into the barrel. The taste is much the same with sweet and smooth bourbon, some vanilla sweetness and fairly subdued smooth sugar coated oak in the background. I get zero beer notes here.
