Cask at C’est What in Toronto. Amber orange pour. Fluffy beige head. Malty nose hints at toasted bread. Light bready malt is balanced by grassy hops. Notes of brewed tea and toffee. Smooth and delicious.

Clear, mahogany color and a nice white head. On Tap. Caramel, decent sweetness, malty, slightly bitter and -after a long time- the first cask pump. --- Beer merged from original tick of Al's Cask Ale on 16 May 2019 at 20:54 - Score: 6

Ok for style. Pours cloudy maroon with great head and lacing. Light bitter good and decent malt profile with some crisp barley finish. On cask at Cest what.

Cask at C’est What, Toronto
Hazy amber color; small head. The aroma is a bit buttery, the flavor even more; there is some toffee, lightly yeast fruitiness, correct bitterness; the final is just a bit dry and astringent.
Easy and a bit flawed.

Clear golden yellow with a biggish head for a cask ale, great lacing. Fresh grass aroma with some lemon and black pepper, slight background of citrus. Bitter beginning, dry finish. Nice malt and hop balance. Medium body. Mellow cask ale, served a bit too cold, but drinkable overall.

Cask at C’est What? on 10th June 2008. A hoppy, pale straw-coloured cask bitter with the texture and flavour of Milton Sparta, but rather stronger and heavier.
