Medium brown in color, pretty average- not much of a head. Smell is slightly malty and nutty. Flavor is quite average for a brown ale... Nothing special here, unless you consider its organic nature.

Bottled. Nut brown with off-white small head. Aroma of crystal malt. Roasty, sweet and clean with hard mouthfeel. Nice citrusy hop. Sugary finish with below average bitterness.

A spicy, almost minty aroma, a sweetish, grainy flavour, thin body and late astringency. Reminds me of Newcastle.
