Orginally made to the specifications of Pat Patton, owner of Hero's Restaurant in Manassas, VA. Victory Amber is a soft, smoot tasting beer made with an ale-style recipe using lager fermenation and conditioning techniques with the following malts: Two-Row Pale, Munich, Carapils, and Caramel. Perle, Willamette, and English Kent Golden hops are used. The beer is unfiltered and the remaining yeast, high in Vitamin B, gives the beer its unique opalescent amber color.

Not so great. Bland lager, moderate bitterness, but light and simple. Too many other decent lagers out there to spend time with this one.

Draught at Old Dominion Brewhouse, Washington DC
Blond color, big head. Not the aroma (too light) nor the color reveal anything amber, just the flavor shows some nutty touch. Correctly bitter.

Draught at the Old Dominion Brewhouse in DC. Nothing really special about this beer, which tastes mostly like any regular old lager. Grassy, malt taste. The beer is easy to drink, which is the only real reason why I’d have it again.

Good overall ale...nice taste! Only available at Hero's in Manassas, Virginia! I actually just saw this rating and had it posted under the wrong beer.
