Sadly this was my "gateway" beer. We drank this stuff in droves back in college because it ws the cheapest mass market brew we could get. Now if somebody gave me one for free I wouldn’t drink it. I don’t think I’ve had one in 5-10 years, but I can still taste them and it makes me cringe. Pours a nasty yellow with a foamy head, with a stale, rank aroma that is like old garbage. And a taste to match. But you can drink 18 of them in one sitting if you’re 21 and determined. Scary. College kids shouldn’t drink, not for health reasons, but because they make bad decisions, like this.

what the F*CK is this!?!
smells of wet dog, and rotten cooked corn. As for flavour i’m not exagerating, there is none! Its like Club Soda, it’s sparkling water with a rancid smell. wow.........this is rock bottom.

24 ounce bottle into lager glass, best before 7/16/2018. Pours crystal clear medium golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of cracker, corn, white bread, light biscuit dough, and mild herbal/grassy earthiness. A bit too fruity aromas, but not overwhelming. Okay aromas with pale malt/corn and light earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of cracker, corn, white bread, light biscuit dough, and mild herbal/grassy earthiness. Mild herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, corn, white bread, light biscuit dough, and mild herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Solid robustness of pale malt/corn and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Nicely clean on lager flavors, not overly fruity. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, fairly bready/grainy, and lightly sticky hop mouthfeel that is good. A bit thin, but not watery finish. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.8%. Overall this is a decent pale adjunct lager style. Solidly flavorful for the ABV. Nice clean malt/grains and decent earthy hop balance. Was a bit too heavy on the corn, but definitely enjoyable for the style.

Can sample at a tasting at troubles’s place. Thanks troubles. Clear golden with a white head. Grainy aroma, kinda corny. Sweetish corny flavor, rather bland. Light-bodied. Could be worse.
Disgusting. Smells abhorrent. Photo for evidence.

Almost always outa the can, but for reviewing purposes and notes from several taken into the pint glass, well here goes.
The appearance was an exceptionally light looking yellow color with a decent bubbly-ness rising to try to fill a rapidly dissipating head that left no lacing.
The smell, well, there was some cooked/burnt/roasty corn-ness going on, grassy and hay-like.
The taste, well, once again, there really wasn’t much there, maybe some light sweetness to it.
The palate, well, that was about a light trying to make me consider it sat semi-close to medium on the body, but honestly, I think I lean closer to light. Nice try, Miller, the carbonation, well, there’s some harshness, but nothing overbearing.
Overall, well, its an American Adjunct Lager, super hard to make outstanding, but I’ll say, standard AAL.

Can: Clear gold with a whipped, tall white head. Strange, sweetly metallic/cereal malt aroma. Taste is soft...barley, water.... I expected this to be much worse....It’s not good, but not horrendous. Just a watery, honey malt...a little too sweet. Alarming that this is what they term their "Premium" offering.
