On tap at McMenamins 23rd Avenue Bottle Shop. Dark brown with beige head. Some chocolate, some coffee, sweetish, somewhat watery.
Draught from mcmenamin north Bank. Lots of malts, dark chocolate etc pretty solid

Keg at the Kennedy School, 9/9/23. Black, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of roast, cherry. Taste is roast, cherry, chocolate, molasses. Mild bitter. Well balanced.

(Tap) clear, bright, very dark brown colour with a small beige head; aroma of chocolate ; creamy palate; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish

Dark with a tan head. Roasted malt, chocolate, light coffee, vanilla, a bit of dark fruit underneath. A very solid stout.

Draft pour pint at the McMenamins Crystal Ballroom. O.A.R! O.A.R! O.A.R! Traveling around to see their tour has the fortunate consolation of trying new beers in each city. Brewery owned music venues will hopefully catch on quick. Pours black with a thick tan foam head. Roasted malt aroma. Matching flavor with a rich chocolate finish. Not bad at all. Had myself a brew, relax for a delicate few.

Part of a flight on June 26, 2015. At the brewpub (McMenamins Hillsdale) in Portland.Listed at 6.45% ABV.Black color with some brown coming through, light brown head. Roasted, some coffee taste. Roasted aftertaste. Medium to smooth mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Roasted scent.

Draft - Dark malts and light roast. Deep mahogany with a decent beige head. Dark roast. Light coffee and some spice. I really quite like this, nice complexity and easy drinking. Well done.
