A classic IPA; medium bitterness with light malt and citrus flavor. Calypso, Chinook and Mosaic add their spicy hop character and an enticing floral aroma.

On tap @ the brewpub. Pours clear deep copper with off white head and nice lacing. It has a very pleasing citrus hop aroma with grapefruit, orange peel and in the background some yummy malty sweetness mixing with faint buttered bread. The taste starts with fresh sweet malt sweetened citrus orange and tangelo hops. The grapefruit bitterness component quickly takes over and rides into the finish. A mild sweet malty backbone is just under the surface but far from being a malty IPA. Solid!

Draft at Owl & Thistle pub....my first beer as a 30 year old......cloudy copper color, with not much head...a decent light lacing....mild floral aroma...watery citrus body with a bitter finish...just ok...seems unbalanced in the beer-water levels

Bottle. Poured murky amber with thin quick dissipationg white head. Not much aroma, what there is is tea bags and hop. Medium body with a little maltiness, a little hoppiness and some black tea again. Thin finish resting on the centre of the tongue

Bottle. The beer had a nice refreshing malt aroma with a strong citrus punch to it. At my first sip I wasn’t sure if this was very good, but I blame it on the previous beverage I drank that night. After that point I could tell that this one was actually pretty good. Nice citrus flavor with a good amount of hops.

cask from Peaks brewpub - This IPA has a good piney hop aroma. The flavor is straightforward hoppiness with decent balance. The body is a little too thin, though the dry, hoppy finish is pretty good. I thought the fine carbonation from the cask pour went well with it.

Copper orange pour with an ample white head. Aroma is hoppy and a little bit sweet. Taste is packed with hops and that citrus feel of grapefruit. Nice dry finish with a sweet/sour aftertaste. A decent IPA, but a bit sweet for my taste.

Cask Frothy off-white head; pale orange-amber beer. Nice hoppy C-hops smell, flowery & spicey. Good, not overly bitter hopstaste, bit resiny, bit grapefruity; chicory in the finish. More than probably dry-hopped (confirmed). Slight burning MF, not disturbing, medium bodied. Good IPA, and well-casked, which is rare over here it seems. Flowery and spicey, rewarding.

Bottle. Copper colored beer with a nice off-white head. Big grapefruit and sweet malt aroma. Nice resiny grapefruit flavor and upfront bitterness. Malt backbone is enough to show it’s still there, but hops dominate. Great IPA.
