Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5

Cask@In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Amber colour, small head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, floral and some sahtilike notes. Flavour is quite Finlandia Sahti like, but with more wooden and resiny notes. Interesting.

Cask @ In de Wildeman. Aroma is rather mild with some toffee candy. Flavour is quite unusual with strong menthol tones, some toffee and toothpaste. Rather unique, somewhat malty but still refreshing.

Gravity cask @ In De Wildeman. Copper/amber color, hazy. No head (as is to be expected). Aroma’s: sweet malts/caramel, sweet fruit, also light herbal/spices retronasal. Flavor is light sweet and moderate bitter. Light bodied, enough carbonation. Finish is quite bitter after all, slightly dry. Nice enough.
