Tap at de Prael, Amsterdam: Very black colored brew with an dry bitter taste and intense hints of whiskey. This is the whiskey version of this Willy beer.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Tap @ Prael Proeflokaal (taster size glass). Deep brown color, cloudy. Off white thin head. Aroma’s: whiskey, sweet malts, slightly woody, hints of drop/umami. Whiskey, sweet red fruit, raisins and alcohol retronasal. Flavor is moderate sweet, lots of (sourish) fruit. Medium bodied. Low carbonation. Finish is malty sweet, not outspoken. Has potential, but it’s not quite there yet.
