Malmö October tasting at Palace Hall (14/10/2023) - new 🇩🇪 brewery ✅ dried fruit shred, layers of caramel and toffee and fudge, medium body, yeasty sweet spiced toasted malty into the close.

Bottle picked up from somewhere, cannot recall where. Had this Wednesday 22nd March 2023 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music interviewing Dave Gahan and Martin Gore from Depeche Mode prior to the release of their new album this Friday, we had Ricotta stuffed conchiglioni in pumpkin sauce for tea. Beer pours murky brown with hardly any head. Sweet, malty, fruit, berries, tastes a little drab, not really my thing.

33 cl bottle @ NISBWG ’20. BBE 01.20.2022 Aroma has strawberry jam and some sweet malt. Flavour has strawberry jam, sweet malty tones. Too high on CO2.

Reddish gold with a lot of head for a barleywine. Smells like a plum-cherry hotel cleaning product. Whoa, super sweet funky stone-fruit flavor with some off-notes (from what I can't say). Not great, maybe some weird yeast interaction or infection.
