Hazy golden. Aroma is honey straw some eggshell. Taste is sweet with much plums and roasted caramel. Lots of small bubbles. Wouldnt want to drink much of it.

Bottle. Hazy red amber, offwhite low head. Off berry and fruit peel aroma, catty, oxidized. Medium body, mellow, foamy, sweet berry, plum, sugar/honey, earth/berry, melanoidin, oxidized wood. Muddled and weird.

Milde Anklänge an Trockenobst (Aprikosen), Weinbeeren, kandierte Orange. Unbedingt probierenswert!

Gourmet-Flascherl(0,0033hl): Almost clear, copper coloured, big beaten-egg-white-like off-white head, visible carbonation; mild sweet honeyish and sweet-vinous (more Sauternes than Chateauriand) nose, very faint traces of wood detectable; moderate sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to full bodied and a bit fizzy; shorter sweet-bitter finish with a very mild alcohol-burn in the aftertaste. An easy-drinking Barley Wine, lacks complexity…
