Cask @ In de Wildeman, A’dam. We had the last bit of the barrel. Murky orange brown colour with a dead white ’head’. Smells sour, white wine, wood, cork and sharp. Tastes sour, watery.. little to no taste. No carbo at all, thin body.

Cask @ In de Wildeman, Amsterdam. Murky brownish, slight white lacing. Smell only some sweetness. Taste earth, ash, pretty dry, only lightly sour. Pretty watery as well. Low carbonation, medium body. Apart from the appearance it’s ok.

Cask @ De Nederlandse Brettanomyces Dagen, In De Wildeman. Amber color, hazy. No head. Smells like a true lambic (no surprise), sour, grainy. Flavor is medium sour, grainy, with some bitterness. Low carb. Finishes grainy and quite bitter. Interesting.
