Bottle from Hotel Berg & Dal. Pours a dark red-brown color with beige head. Aroma’s of malty sweetness, fruit (berries), a bit of roast and some spices (definitely ginger, possibly anise). Flavor is lightly sweet, a bit roasted. Body is rather thin, watery. Finishes with a light roasty bitterness. Possibly same brew as Aubel Brune.
