A thirst quenching session beer, Sour Suzy mimics a classic German brewing technique (sour mashing) to impart a light, refreshing tartness. No hop bitterness and very low hop profile, Sour Suzy is not your typical session beer - rather it delivers something a bit more obscure and intriguing. It drinks as refreshingly as a glass of lemonade. The grain bill includes a healthy portion of wheat, while citrusy hops lend bright notes to the aroma, which is accentuated by the addition of Makrut lime leaves.

Farge klar lys gul med hvitt skum som forsvinner fort. Lukt Gress/jord. Smak Syrlig, hvete, sure drops. Frisk og syrlig. En anderledes øl, men god.

Clear yellow, small white head. Clean lacto plus some veggies / roots, good bready / doughy notes. Thinnish, bready doughy rather than sharp lacto. Okish.

Can. Blonde. Apple and lemon in the aroma and flavor. Grainy, fresh. Not too much character.

Can from Brendan's Brewtique,. Golden in a colour, with a slight haze and thin, white, head. Carbonation was quite fizzy. Aroma of grainy malts with some tart lemon. Flavour had more lemon, with some rather thin malts and some sourness in the finish. Ok.
