A thirst quenching session beer, Sour Suzy mimics a classic German brewing technique (sour mashing) to impart a light, refreshing tartness. No hop bitterness and very low hop profile, Sour Suzy is not your typical session beer - rather it delivers something a bit more obscure and intriguing. It drinks as refreshingly as a glass of lemonade. The grain bill includes a healthy portion of wheat, while citrusy hops lend bright notes to the aroma, which is accentuated by the addition of Makrut lime leaves.

33 cl. can shared with Alex and Suus @ Alex and Suus. Clear golden with a thin white head. Malty acidic aroma with some citrus. Acidic taste with a sour finish. Nice little Berliner Weisse.

Bottled 330ml. -at Pivoteka Zagreb. Yellow/paaleee golden coloured, minimal white head, mild wheaty nose with whiff of acidity. Bready, wheaty, light fruity with touch of citrus and grain with mild lime notes in the finish. Drinkable but quite flat.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of wheat, yeast, lacto and flowers. Pours cloudy deep golden color with totally diminishing white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy, following is citrusy, lactic and malty, while mouthfeel is crisp and dry without any mentionable finish. Light body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Boring Suzy...

Süffiger, wenig säuerlicher Beginn mit leicht erhöhter Karbonisierung. Kein Hopfen, nur geringfügig herb, wässrig. Spritzig, helle getreide, auch dieses nahe der Wässrigkeit. Noch okay. 6/8/10/8/9/8
