Deep ruby. Berries, farmhouse must, tart fruits, dry sweetness. Medium bodied. Finish is dry tart fruit that sticks. Good stuff.

Small bottle, vintage 2016 (from etre gourmet). Pours dark red with pink-red head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is sour, cherries, some sweetness and jammy notes. Flavor is sour, sweet, cherries, acidic. Finish is sour cherries and acidic. Overall: ok, but i like my lambics less acidic and with more brett/funk.

Bottle from Flying Circus, Newark. Deep rose colour with a thin white head. The cherry really evident in the aroma. Taste light sweet with sour cherry. Medium body.

Bottle/Fest. A- Cherry. A- Red color, clear liquid, pink head. T- Barnyard, funky, cherry, slightly tart. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, tart finish. O- Really nice and I’m not sure why it took me so long to try this. The aroma was mostly cherry but the palate introduced a touch of funkiness. Well balanced and certainly one I could drink quite often.

Bottle, enjoyed three years after bottling. Pours clear dark red, with a big creamy head receding to finger thickness. Aroma is tart farmhouse, horseblanket and hay, with cherries and fruit peel, as well as wooden brett and barrels. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is acidic, with sour cherries, fruit peel, currants and hay, as well as apples, hay, farmhouse notes, floral brett and wooden barrels. Lingering sour fruity notes.

Rød klar med lavt rosa skum. Lukter sure kirsebær, trevirke og tindved. Syrlig sur smak av kirsebær, bæreddik. Snerpende.
