Really nice quad. Quite complex due to the barrel aging. Collab with Rio, a Japanese brewery I've somehow never heard of.

Massively overcarbed, took me 20+ minutes to release enough pressure to safely open and pour it without gushing. That said: absolutely delicious. Rich, warming, boozy and sweet. Loads of raisins. Barrels give wood, plenty tannins and buttery bourbon.
