Really nice quad. Quite complex due to the barrel aging. Collab with Rio, a Japanese brewery I've somehow never heard of.

Massively overcarbed, took me 20+ minutes to release enough pressure to safely open and pour it without gushing. That said: absolutely delicious. Rich, warming, boozy and sweet. Loads of raisins. Barrels give wood, plenty tannins and buttery bourbon.

Light brown with medium sized head. Cognac, sherry, clementines, marzipan, apricot, cake, and more. Very complex stuff, lots of wine and liquor notes, but also massively fruity. Full bodied with medium carbonation.
