Bottled at Haket, Göteborg, on May 24, 2014. Thanks to Magnus & Rebecka (not on ratebeer).Hazy amber color with some particles, fluffy off-white head. Citrus, ginger scent. Apricot, ginger taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, very low bitterness. Lots of lemon too. Later feel some herbal notes, nettles and goosberries.

Bottle from De Molen web shop. Deep golden color with huge long lasting white head towering over my glass. Strong ginger aroma with soapy notes. Taste, malt overlapped with ginger, pepper and other spices. Refreshing.

Draught @ 5th Borefts Beer Festival 2013, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As De Molen Ginger Shot ].Clear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity malt, spicy, ginger. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, peppery, spicy, ginger. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130927]

At Borefts Beer Festival 2013. Hazy pale amber with a small white head. Fruity aroma with winegum character, and notes of lime and ginger. Sweetish fruity flavour with grapefruit pulp, ginger and herbal notes

Bottle. Pours a clear orangish amber with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of pine and onion hops that are cut slightly by a ginger note. Flavor has notes of dank pine and a touch of onion that subside slightly to allow some ginger to come out.

Tiny shortlasting head. Aroma is fresh fruity, mild ginger, fresh basil, citrus, leafs, cardboard, grass, hops. Taste is slightly dry, ginger, hay, leafs, hops, cardboard, bark, hints of pine needles. Longlasting mild bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Not bad, quite interesting actually.
