On tap at De Molen restaurant, Bodegraven, Netherlands, Friday 29th September 2017 Pours black with mid sized perfect creamy light beige head. .Lots of coffee, creamy textured soft, easy drinking and I really like this for being so smooth and tasty but not too in yer face. Loving the coffee, sumptuous. A8 A4 T8 P5 Ov17. 4.2

Sampled draft @ Brouwcafé de Molen during Borefts 2017. Day 2.Black lovely creamy tanned mocha head. Nose is cold cacao, cheap coco cacao nibs. Taste is basic cheap cacao, coco syrup, didn’t get cherry. Dull cheap cacao, not impressive.

Tap. Dark brown color with grey head. Aroma is chocolate, cocoa, earthy, a bit herbal. Taste is chocolate, a bit earthy. Silky mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Fun!

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017. A very dark brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of sweet roasted malt, coffee, liquorice. Taste of sweet brown malt, Coffee, nuts, roasted malt.

From tap. Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty. Slight caramelish. Toasted. Bitter and slight caramelish. Sweet and slight toasted malty. Bitter and smooth malty finish.

Bottle at THT August. Hazy dark brown with beige head. Nesquick, dry cocoa, sweet toffee and marzipan, lots of sugary malts, a bit of dried pear and soft peach. There might be cherries but I don’t get much of them. Over medium sweet and medium bitter. Over medium bodied.
