Sidra natural er guelu. A light hazed brushed gold orange coloured pour with a loose fading white head. Aroma is tart and dry, prickly, green apple, wood. Flavour is composed of delicant funk, bark, drying green apple, prickly. Mellow funk.. Palate crisp and tart, mellow carbonation. Decent.

From bottle at the International Cider Festival, Rotterdam. Cloudy golden with no head. Aroma of red apple and a light barnyard funk. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a touch of sourness. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.
