Bottle at home. Aroma of wasabi, mustard, pickle juice, vegetable, spices. Flavour is a bit sourish. Body is light and weak. I hate mustard and I do not care for pickles. Interesting, but... Yuck.

Tap @ Borefts 2015. Greenish blonde. Mustard aroma and flavor. Hint of citrus. Dryish. Cucumber. Decent, but not worth a repeat.

Tiny bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is weird, wasabi, boiled vegetables, old cellar, paper, cabbage, grass. Taste is slightly dry grassy, weeds, fresh wood, wasabi, grass, hay, yeast, paper, minerals, cabbage. Little bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mouthfeel. Probably kind of nice accompanied by the right food, but for now....meh!

Botella 33 cl de Vivalabirra tomada en Villaobispo 13..11..2017. Embotellado 07..09..2015 fcpref 07..09..2017. Color amarillento turbio con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores herbáceos dominantes con bastante presencia de Wasabi que aporta suave picante final. Ligeros maltosos dulces y poco amargo. Cuerpo ligero a medio espumoso. Refrescante, de lo más original llegando casi a la rareza. Para amantes del Wasabi perfecta. Normal

Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 1 25/09/2016. A translucent hazed yellow / straw coloured pour with no head. Aroma is veg, spicy peas, spicy hops. Big veg on the nose. Flavour is composed of big wasabi, earthy, straw and wheaty grains, mellow warming spice. Palate is mellow, spicy , grainy, delicate carbonation. Ok. Interesting concept.

Bottle at home, opened no openign sound, pour in the glass not fizzyness no head. golden colour, no head. Aroma is yeast, pepper. Taste is flat, nothing probably a bad bottle will try to get a new one. obviously a drain pour.

Draught @ 7th Borefts Beer Festival 2015, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As De Molen Wasabi Saison ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wasabi, mustard, vegetables, citrus, moderate yeasty, herbs, herbal. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, herbs, wasabi, mustard, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to lively. [20150925]
