Bottle at Komachi. Cloudy golden brown. Flat. Grotesque nose of pickles, rotting cabbage, lemon, maybe a touch of wasabi, but not clearly so. Ass flavor of old veggies, lemon, grassy. Completely flat. This is some fucked-up, repugnant shit. De Molen should be ashamed of themselves for letting this crap leave the brewery. Doesn’t even taste of wasabi, although that was probably a bad idea anyway.

Clear pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts and mustard seeds. Flavour of yeast, sweet malts and wasabi. Finish wasabi, but not too strong. Nice and interesting!

Bottle shared at home. Slight hazy golden without any head. Apple juice, some sweet malts and vegetables, hint of wasabi in the finish. Diapers in the nose. Some milk and moldy bread. Light sweet. Under medium bodied with no carbonation. Horrible mess.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is wasabi, earthstruck. Peas, nutty and wasabi. Simple and yet wrong.

Bottle. Weird, bit nasty smell of nettle, wasabi herbs and dryness. Taste is very herbal, with wasabi, mild vanilla and grass. Not very good.

Bottle, BB 07.09.2017 (from Koht). Pours golden without head. Aroma is wasabi, fruits, citrus, sweetness. Flavor is sweet, sour, wasabi, citrus, malt. Finish has more wasabi. Carbonation is low. Overall: weird one, but drinkable. More wasabi beer than saison, hence if you think your beer should taste like wasabi, then it’s beer for you...

[9/25/15] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2015 in Bodegraven. Hazy yellow. Weird aroma of wasabi. Weird flavor, dry, spicy, with wasabi. Light-bodied. Really not my thing.
