Bottle at home. Red, brown color. Beige head, disappears quickly. The taste is too sweet for me, I certainly have tasted better "bocks".

Keg at 't taphuys. Pours deep amber, nose is grassy, malty, toffee, taste is similar.

500 ml. can sampled. BBF 09.08.2017. Clear deep amber, mocha head that fizzes away, big like Coca-Cola. Nose is extremely sweet metallic industrial bock, metallic very sweet children’s cough syrup, low Coca-Cola, crazy sweet leaves, so very sugary, industrial caramel. Taste is thin industrial fizzy children’s cough syrup, wine ranks, chemical caramel, stevia-like bitterness,... For industrial lager drinkers who like pointlessly stupid metallic brews but that pretty much sums up the whole Dutch bock thing. How strangely thin syrupy it is, almost mineral is what upsets me the most, its strange, stupidly industrial, some cough syrup, possibly a strong brew was diluted with water. Stevia bitterness finish, very odd industrial brew. It has its crowd but it isn’t me. Benzai apparently rated this 3.5/5. Worst kind of homerism :)

330ml bottle from Jumbo Alkmaar - Another disappointment. Not much in the way of nose, a bit of candy sugar and spicy muscavado. Taste is medicinal, false. At €0,86 was worth a gamble.
