From bottle at the International Cider Festival, Rotterdam. Very hazy very pale yellow with a ring white head. Aroma of tart green apples. Super fresh, almost citrusy but with a funk developing as you get further through the glass. Flavour is light moderate sour. Light bodied with light carbonation and a dry palate.
