From tap at Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Aroma is dark malt, roast, coffee beans, plenty of coffee. Flavour is light sweet with a nice roasty coffee bitter finish. Body is medium. Very tasty coffee Porter, but I don’t get any maple.

Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Malt, caramel, roast, licorice and Maple syrup in the aroma and flavor. Sweet, very Low on carbon. Watery finish. Drinkable but Not great.

Bottle from Bierkonig. Black with a reddish hue, offwhite head. Aroma of burnt coffee. Flavour is maple coffee, ash, bittersweet finish.

33cl bottle courtesy of and shared wkth kermis. Medium off white head. Clearr black pour. Live,y coffee aroma. Very nicely done.

Bottle shared / road soda. Hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma of big espresso, dark chocolate, toffee and roast. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

33cl bottle. Deep brown pour with a thin beige head. Smells of roasted malts and cold brewed coffee. Tastes a lot like cold coffee and roasted malts, with some caramel in the background.

Bottle. Black pour. Smooth aroma of maple, coffee and roasted malt. Nice taste of gritty coffee, roast, cream and a sweet caramelish stuff that must be the mapple. This is nice.

Tap at Arendnest, 21st January 16. good beers this trip, and this is another goody. Aroma is coffee, slight sweetness. Taste is coffee and some maple syrup comes through, not overly sweet, good and balanced.
