Our Grapefruit Sculpin is the latest take on our signature IPA. Some may say there are few ways to improve Sculpin’s unique flavor, but the tart freshness of grapefruit perfectly complements our IPA’s citrusy hop character. Grapefruit’s a winter fruit, but this easy-drinking ale tastes like summer.

At all pints north. Gold color, clear. Not as sweet as i expected Dry and bitter citrus hops. Some grapefruit in the aroma but not asuch as i expected.

Pours gold with a large white head.Nose shows zesty, refreshing grapefruit with piny and spicy hops behind as well as some soft clean malt.Similar flavours, grapefruit followed by spicy and resinous hops.

Bottle @ Odense Summer Gathering, 2015. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Malty caramel and grain. Grapefruity juice, pine and juice.

Keg at Babajan, Stockholm. Clear deep golden, small head. Buttery nose with some grape tonic. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with caramel and grape tonic. Quite bitter finish. Caramelly and limp.

Drfat @ The Stein & Vine. Orangée sur léger trouble, col crémeux blanc. Arôme au bouquet léger agréablement fruité avec un bouquet indiquant de suite le côté pamplemousse, houblonné en rétro avec un accompagnement supplémentaire au niveau des agrumes. Palais est maté moyen, le pamplemousse est un ajout très plaisant et dont le caractère un peu acidulé balance parfaitement un profil houblonné très fruité, fleuri et pin annonçant une pléthore de houblons C? fini léger malté mais dont le profil houblonné prime.

Bottle, 7%. Hazy orange with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, grapefruit, fruit peel and caramel. Flavour is malt, fruit, caramel, hops, grapefruit, fruit peel, mediums sweet and bitter.

Golden color with a fine white head. Lovely lacing. Grapefruit hoppy, pine and tropical aroma. Medium + body and an ok carbonation. Nice balance. Grapefruit hoppy, pine and tropical flavor. Lovely tasty IPA.

Drucken på fat på Tre Små rum, Göteborg. Jämfört med den vanliga sculpin en tung ganska oljig och besk apelsin/grapesmak som funkar sådär. Mer smak av skaloljan än frisk och fruktig citrus. Gör den tung och svårdrucken utan att höja smaken. Ok.

On Tap at Prefunk Boise mostly clear deep golden lasting white thin creamy head. Big obvious grapefruit aroma. As close to actual GF juice as I have ever experienced. Great Grapefruit flavors as well with a moderate bitter and fresh citrusy hop IPA very tasty.
