Das Bayerisch Nizza Wheat Pale Ale ist ein helles, leichtes und obergäriges, auf Weizenmalzbasis und nach Reinheitsgebot gebrautes Bier, mit 5,3 % Alkohol. Durch eine großzügigie Kalthopfung mit drei amerikanischen Aromahopfen transportiert es eine einzigartige Fruchtigkeit, die unter anderem an Grapefruit, Thymian und Pinie erinnert.

Bottle (from rocas, Luxembourg). Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma is hoppy, wheat, sweetness, citrus. Flavor is sweet, sour, wheat, citrus, some weird vegetables, some soap. Feels watery. Overall: ok.

Tap at Naiv, 1st October 16. Pours hazy straw colour. Aroma is sweet, complex, floral. Taste is pineapple, tropical fruit, yeast, refreshing. Very enjoyable.

Bottled 330ml. -Unclear yellow/orange coloured, small white head, yeasty nose. Sweet malty, yeasty, wheaty, notes of banana and spices with slightly lactic wheaty finish. Drinkable.

Pours a very hazy and pale yellow color, juice like, and topped with a medium sized creamy white head. Easily noticeable aroma, quite spicy feel in the wheat, coriander in there. Mildly sweet start, some banana feel to it, distinctive spicy presence. Mildly bittery finish, getting stronger. Medium light. Not bad, although a bit too spicy for me.

Bottle. Pours cloudy straw with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, possibly elderflower or grapefruit, with notes of yeast. Sweetish, malty and estery flavour, with floral and fruity notes and bitter,mhoppy touches. Hints of spice. Estery and herbal aftertaste. Decent for the style and not bad as such.
