Das Bayerisch Nizza Wheat Pale Ale ist ein helles, leichtes und obergäriges, auf Weizenmalzbasis und nach Reinheitsgebot gebrautes Bier, mit 5,3 % Alkohol. Durch eine großzügigie Kalthopfung mit drei amerikanischen Aromahopfen transportiert es eine einzigartige Fruchtigkeit, die unter anderem an Grapefruit, Thymian und Pinie erinnert.

Bottle@jens - Fuzzy orange pour with white head. Sweet fruity and wheaty aroma and taste with notes of citrus, some lemon, straw, hay, wheaty and slight floral hoppy into the close.

Draft at Craft Beer Corner, Cologne. Very hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, peach, lychee and light bready yeast. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

0,33l from bottle at Stadtboden Vienna. BB 10.08.2017. Amber hazy colour, small white head. smells parfumy, dill, light cucumber, bit weird smell. Medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of cucumber, dill, bit acidic, spices, after a while light sweetness, lightly citric. finishes lightly bitter and acidic with notes of dill, cucumber and parfumy notes. overall ok, doesn’t drink too bad / rather refreshing even, but has some obvious issues, not on style.
