Essential Elements - Orange blossom honey, agave nectar, lime juice and lime zest.

Appearance - Pale green and crystal clear with a fizzy head that disperses swiftly to the rim.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma is sweet and tart fruits, floral-ish notes, agave, soft lime. Flavour is very sweet with some tartness as well. Body is medium. Reminds me of cider. A bit too sugary for my taste but fairly drinkable.

At Van Moll corona fest. Watery appearance, no head at all. Aroma is very light. Actually flavor is too. Maybe lightly apple? Applepeel? Odd. Not a standard mead that's for sure. Like a mead mixed with a cider or something. Wtf...

Bottle thanks to my aunt Did. It pours clear greeny yellow with a dissipating white head. The aroma is earthy, green, agave, veg, prickly pear, lime, must, honey balm and white grape. The taste is dry, lightly sour, soft sweetness, puckering, limey, zingy, tangy honey, agave, lager - lime and a touch of sherbet with a soft, sweet - dry finishm. Medium body and fine carbonation. Well rounded and easy going. Decent.

Bottle sample at Meadhall, pours a clear blonde, no head. Nose brings out light honey nectar, with light white wine. Flavour is along the same lines, with white wine, light honey nectar and a bit of tart champagne. Nicely balanced, and not too watery for a session mead. Very good.
