Tap @CBC15. Clear pale straw. Small bubbles. Light honey, slightly grassy. Honey flavour, green leaves. Oily mouthfeel.

Draught @ Öl & Bröd. Now whats this!? Obviously a mead, but could have passed as a sautern wine in a blind tasting. Crisp, sparkning and refreshing. Notes of pear and honey.

Tap at CBC 2015. Clear very pale golden pour with a ring off white head. Aroma of honey and floral notes with the mango coming out lightly. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with more mango in the palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation.
