Bottle, 75cl corked, at Olympen. Bottle no 0096. A hazy, brown beer topped by a small beige head. The aroma has a tiny little sour hint, with dried fruits and hops, citrus peel and pineapple, do most of the work. Some licorice too. The flavor too has a touch of sourness, some wood too, but it’s mostly sweet and hoppy. Citrus and bitterness, some chocolate and dried fruits. Full-bodied and well-carbonated. Bitter finish with a faint roasted and sour hint. A complex and tasteful beer blend I’d love to have again. 100313

Bottled. Quite much pitch black colour, not much head. Aroma and flavour is quite much imperial stout along with quite fruity notes. A very balanced experiment tthat works quite well.

Dark ruby color, decent off-white head. Aroma has sme fruity (pineapple) hoppyness. Sweet, pineapple-mango hoppyness in the flavor. Some imperial stout notes in the background. Lingering roasttyness and bitter note in the aftertaste. Quite interesting blend, Rasputin is not dominating here.
