Sunday, 10th July 2016. Sat outside Abirradero, Barcelona with the RBESG guys: on-tap. Very dark brown with a tanned topping, looked fine. Roasted malts rule the nose and taste, yet there is a good hoppy undertone throughout the brew, even if you do not notice it at first. Dry and semi-bitter finish: decent.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted, light fruity. Crisp hoppy, roasted dark malty, breadish and roasted. Bitter, dry and dark malty. Solid hoppy far finish.

Tap at Abirradero. Almost black with tan head. Very roasty, rye bread, chocolate and some lime. Thick oily molasses. Quite bitter and medium sweet. Medium bodied with a surprising chalky feel considering the sweetness.
