The No. 1 Weissbier in Germany and one of the world’s favourites. Naturally cloudy and shining silky-gold in the glass under a really strong head of foam. At the first mouthful this weissbier classic has a mild aroma of banana. Finer palates detect a trace of mango and pineapple and the balance between sweet and bitter. Beer connoisseurs appreciate the fine note of yeast and the mild but sparkling mix of aromas. It is a typical beer garden beer, which brings people together all over the world.

Schöne, kräftig orange Farbe. Ausgewogene Geschmacksnoten, gekochte Früchte und Spuren von Zitronenschale sind erkennbar. Schönes, sämiges Mundgefühl. Hintenraus kommen säuerliche Noten durch. Die Kohlensäure täuscht etwas mehr Substanz vor, als tatsächlich vorhanden ist. Für ein Industriebier echt ein gutes Weizen - auch Großbrauereien sind offenbar durchaus dazu in der Lage.

On draft at the Wirthaus in der Au. Pours a hazy, orange color, with a big, foamy, white head. The aroma is orange peel, cloves, biscuit dough, flour, and straw. Sweet and very yeasty. Light body, with a chewy, lively mouthfeel. This is a simple, clean, and quality hefeweizen. Very nice.

Draft at Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt City South, Frankfurt, Germany. Pours fully hazy, orange gold, with a good head of white foam, fine. Aroma is fruity, banana in particular. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is elegantly sweet. Finish is average in length.
