Can from Cotteridge Wines and shared with the Kuala Lumpur Tasting Crew. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, funky yeast, light gluey, caramel. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, crisp, yeasty, light sweet toffee caramel, light spicy, dry woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. I’m sure a few German breweries would love to get their hands on this recipe!
