Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing! Intense fruity aroma in the nose. The beer starts intense fruity, lots of carbonation. Fruity hops, pine, resin and tropical fruits with a nice yeasty smooth aftertaste.

Shared with Erzengel! A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of yeast, pale malt, citrus and lime. Taste of citrusy hops, lime, yeast, pale malt, high carbonation.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bier macht schön', best before March 2020. Almost clear, golden amber with a large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity-floral, gently grassy and a bit yeasty aroma of fresh grass, lemon peel, some gooseberry and a touch of clove. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, quite grassy, gently fruity-floral and a bit yeasty taste of hay, lemon peel, gooseberry, white grapes and traces of clove, followed by a short, gently bitter, fairly dry, quite grassy finish. Thin to medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very refreshing, spritzy beer, definitely not a classic Wiess. Tasty, but too much effervescence.
