Bottle shared at tasting. Clear super pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste are wheat-ish, salty a bit, slightly sourish. Maybe some unripe peach notes. Better than expected.

Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen. Bleek gelig bier met weinig schuim. Aroma en smaak is zuur.

Fles gedeelt met Inoven, Benzai en Keukeman. Het is een goudgeel bier met een dun laagje wit schuim. Het heeft een vreemde wat kruidige geur. De smaak is zuur en wat zoutig met perzik in de afdronk.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', bottled in February or March 2019. Hazy, pale amber with a thin, slightly fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, spicy, slightly sourish and gently fruity aroma of peach and coriander. Moderately sweet, slightly sourish, gently fruity and slightly spicy taste of peach, rhubarb and a touch of coriander, followed by a short, moderately tart, a bit minerally finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Alright, decent Gose.

Hazy blond with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a rather soapy fruitiness of white peach. Light salty finish.
