Brewed with 2-row pale, red wheat and acidulated malt, San Franpsycho IPA pours a hazy golden straw color with a white fluffy head. The mouthfeel is creamy and smooth yet mildly effervescent with a hint of back-end tartness. This IPA is fermented with a mixed culture of yeast to create a unique and fruity estery nose, unlike any other IPA from Anchor. The brewers adds peach and apricot fruit puree during the secondary fermentation

The body is yellow/grey and troubled, the carbonation is a bit higher than usual, white foam. This ipa is ok, a bit soily and mineral, juicy, generous side of peach, giving a creamy sensation, not so floral, middle bitterness, citrus, dry malt, 02.11.21

Bottle from Hopt. Fruity aroma with stone fruits, peach, apricot, fruity hops, notes of candied fruits, fruit peel, notes of grapefruit and pineapple. Some sugary sweetness in the flavour with a moderate to medium bitterness. Body is medium. Like many fruited IPA's a bit too much, fruits have a candied character. Overall pleasant, enjoyable aspects as well.

Bottle 0,35ltr: Cloudy orange colored brew with an dry bitter taste and with an touch of sweetness. Hints of citrus, tangerine, apricot and peach.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild peach and bready tones. Flavour is some bready malts, fruits, nectar, grass and herbs. Quite nice bitterness in the finish.

[ As Anchor San Franpsycho IPA ]. ABV: 6.3%. Murky medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, malty, moderate hoppy, woody hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, woody hops, pale malt, sweet malt, caramel, flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Can, thanks Hrabren! Clear godlen body, small white head, tiny even! Oxidized aroma, caramel, sticky even, abounds, but there is a solid fruitiness too! Wouldn't immediately call out apricot or peach, but the taste, lean and dry gives out some apricot jam notes. Stale, almost dead but... nah, this is dead, but still freely sold. Yay. BB date is 2 years since bottling date, which happens to be 29th of April 2019. Though, for a zombie of this variety, this doesn't stink that much, but it's still very much dead. Shame this ends up on the Cro market at this age.

0.33 l can from Goblet Beer Store. Zagreb. Shared with Marko. Hazy golden. Small to medium off-white head. Juice, fruit, hops? Nose is fresh citrusy and fruity. Some spice. Slightly oxidized. Peach, sugar. Light finish.
